FAQs

What is the average age group for this class?

This course has already been a great help to upper elementary, middle school, and even high school students. Anyone who needs an opportunity to review grammar is welcome! Grammar is something that is learned and memorized in layers, so as younger students encounter newer things, older students will have a chance to look at things in a new memorable way, review or go deeper.

What if I have more than one student joining? (siblings for example)

Each purchase of the live course is for just one student. Email me at nicole@showmethenotes.com and I’ll get you set up for siblings so they can participate on Zoom.

How can this program work with another grammar course I have already taken?

In my experience, variety is the spice of life! Where one course leaves off, another can fill in. With grammar, it is great to review things in different ways- it will help you supplement or fill in any gaps of understanding with new explanations and new ways to practice. You can use this course however it will most help you. Whether you just need to watch a few videos on certain grammar concepts, or the whole course from start to finish.

What if I need to miss a class?

All live sessions will be recorded, posted on your class portal along with handouts, and remain available for the remainder of the course. You never have to worry!

Has this course been taught before?

Yes! I have been teaching and tutoring grammar for years, and have developed some of my own easy ways to help make things click. This particular course has successfully been taught from start to finish already this past summer with great reviews.
